2002 Camshaft secondary chain tensioner repair advice

*Update* So I finally got the pair of secondary OEM Ford tensioners...I installed both and took the advice of the experienced here and slowly rotated the engine until all of the exhaust cam lobe pressure was off of the tappets...Much less (mental) stress removing and replacing the cam caps...Big question though...While torqueing down the bolts I may have over torqued one or two of them as I couldn't hear the wrench click, no bolts snapped, but should I back off all of them and re-torque? Or should they be ok? I read that these bolts are not TTY (torque to yield) but TTA (torque to angle) which my Ford service manual seems to confirm. It directs the installer to torque to 53 in. lbs. then tighten another 90 degrees. (1/4 turn). On another note, which is interesting...My 2002 3.0 DOHC Duratec service manual simply instructs to torque to 89 in. lbs. with no additional tightening.
