Get an idea what your car is worth on:
1- https://www.kbb.com/ (choose "Good Condition", unless your car has under 15k miles)
2- Ebay completed auctions- https://ebay.us/wcQA0f
3- Bring-a-Trailer- https://bringatrailer.com/ford/thunderbird-2002-2005/#results-anchor

Keep in mind, online auction sites charge a fee but typically sell for more as the audience is larger. You may not get as much selling locally. Based upon my experience working in the automotive industry, most people thing their car is worth more than it is. The fact is, it is a depreciating item and if you bought it during the post covid price spikes, you are likely going to take a big hit!

Although only roughly 68,095 were made in the 4-years, the old saying is supply & demand and there is currently not a high demand for these cars, period. It is not a "collectable". The only exceptions are 10,000 mile and less cars and James Bond Edition, Neiman Marcus. Sorry, but "Anniversary Edition" does not add to the value.

List your car for sale locally on Facebook Marketplace- https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/

Hope that helps, this information is provided AS-IS. I would also recommend getting an AS-IS form signed for your state and a bill of sale!

The price of a Tbird depends on how badly the buyer wants it and the seller wants to unload it. My fiancée' found ours on Facebook Marketplace; not somewhere I would have looked for a car. She only wanted a Tbird blue car; this was one owner in perfect condition with 47k miles and a ton of service records. Seller was asking $16900; she offered $13k. They compromised at $14k. Seller (apparently) was happy and we're happy. We have no delusions about the value increasing.
