One of the first things i did on my recently purchased 2003 t-bird was to replace the throttle position sensor, If you have the original still on your car, replace it now, you will notice a big difference in performance.
 
Had a code a few months ago. Can't remember the code but it was TPS. Changed it and cleaned MFS. Car ran fine. Now it is stalling after warm up. Runs perfect untill it warms up then when coming to a stop it shuts down. Starts right back up and may limp a little untill it coasts again. I changed coils at 25000 miles. I just turned 50,000 miles. could they be the problem? Also, the car shows no codes this time.
