This part can be confusing when ordering because the model years listed for Lincoln LS and Thunderbird vary and sometimes confusing. The 2002 Thunderbird using the on with 5 ports and the 2003-2005 uses the one with 3 ports. That's how you know which one to order.

I was having the cold driver side/hot passenger side problem and purchased/installed from E-Bay part# XR 840091. I could never find the part nomenclature that says DCCV/Dual Climate Control Valve. Rather, it was always called a Heater Control Valve. The part worked for about an hour and now I'm back to the same problem. Suggestions please? Tartan
