The vibration is only when in gear (forward or reverse) and varies when steering wheel is turned - it gets worse as I turn the wheel - then eases off (a little but always there) until wheel is turned again. I feel no movement of the drive train as I shift gears. The motor is rock steady with no lift or tilt when put in gear. I have checked motor mounts - they are fine. I jacked up the driver's side once (both wheels off the ground a few inches) to do some other work and noticed that the vibration was hardly there at all while the car was raised at that angle. Could it be the transmission mount? If so, how do I check it? Any other advice? Thanks in advance...
