I just swapped out my driver's window motor, this the third or fourth time in 31 years, so no biggie, I've always used Motorcraft or Ford service motors, they have always fit like a glove and worked great, never any issue, BUT this time I tried to save a few bucks and got a SKP from rockauto, no-good, the fit was nasty but I got it in AND the window run up and down fine but was making a bunch of weird noises, I take that motor out and got a ACI motor from partsgeek, it fit a bunch better and is quiet.........FYI, lots of time spent changing out a window motor twice, next time I'll stick with the Motorcraft motors, I'll pay more, but it's a one time in and one time out and your done............................
