1995 4.6--Trans shifting hard

75,000 miles, super well maintained----but it shifts hard from 1st to 2nd.

my '94 does it too (111,000), but less so in cold air (like only 25f)
the faster i take off the harder it does it. It's barely noticeable if I
grandpa drive it.
