1994 4.6 cylinder 6 full of gas.

I have a 1994 4.6. My car started to run rough it was showing signs of a blown head gasket. I pulled the plugs to do a compression test. I found no coolent on them but the plug for cylinder 6 was covered in gas. When i hooked up the computer it said my egr was stuck open then said it was clogged when i reset it. I checked the injectors and the one for 6 was staying lit instead of the tester pulsing like the rest. Could this be a bad ecu or a short in the wires.
