1992 idling problems

I have a 1992 bird and it started to just turn off while driving ill wait lil bit it will start but shut off then it will go for a lil while then not want to start just turn over.i put filter didn't start sat for 4 days or so it just started up it drove like 6 miles tried driving again. Went few blocks started to want to stop .now starts and goes and turns off re a l quick.could it be fuel pump.

Fuel pump and filter needs troubleshooting.
