I have a 1989 Ford Thunderbird LX with an electrical wiring issue I cannot figure out. The only lights that will not come on are the ones in the rear shown in the picture below.
I have replaced the headlight switch, ignition switch, tail light flasher, two relays attached to the tail light flasher, the bulbs as well, but there is no power coming to the wire harness.
The brake lights light up and the running lights on the side in the rear stay on.

Any ideas?

I had the same issue but with my turn signals. The shop I took it to stole my Acc switch power to feed to my turn signals. So, I have turn signals, but I can't listen to the radio unless the engine is running. They said I needed a new wiring harness and fuse box. Good luck with your lights. I will watch to see if you figure anything out.

succes Alex
