1988 A/C Refilling after system evacuation

If ya look at the #55630 picture, you can see on the compressor end of the line that it has that round spring at the very end of the line............On that 4th photo, it looks like the line is'nt all the way in the compressor, you can see three green o-rings showing and you can see the flaired end on the compressor side, we are not supposed to see either.........Can ya verify what I'm seeing in the 4th photo..

Yes I can verify it used to look like that, it no longer does. The line where it meets the compressor had to be bent to properly fit in the hole. That 4th picture was just to show what it looked like before being bent into place and how it no longer goes in at an angle.
