Thunderbird Year
1985
Hey, I recently purchased my 85 v8 thunderbird. I’m planing on building it into a street/strip car. Has anyone converted a similar year from the 4 lug to the 5 lug? I’ve been told I can swap spindles and rear axle from a 94-2000 mustang and it will bolt right up.

I know that they make stuff for this. Go to lmr.com and see what they have. They are a mustang restoration site with tons of parts for 79-93 stangs, most of which are compatible with tbirds. They probably have something like what your looking for.
And please post updates of your progress, because I may do this to my 85 at some point!
