1978 with 5,500 miles

Not my car, but my father in law is not that savy with the computer. He has a 1978 Thunderbird that has never been outside of the family. It has 5,500 miles, and is like a time capsule. It has been stored inside all of its life, and is virtually perfect. Kind of an interesting story, but it is for all practical purposes, brand new. I think I still have pictures and can provide if interested too. As I recall it is white with a vinyl top.

Oh the asking price I heard was $16,500

Paid $7,000 for my base 77, five years ago with 12,913 miles on it. All original paint interior, etc. Put in a bigger HEI dist, Edelbrock intake and carb, dual exhaust. It now "runs" vs the stock setup.
Last guy who tried to buy it, now has 19,000 miles, offered me $10,000. Not interested in selling.
Just bought a 4.6 loaded 95, with 76,000 to use as a driver.
