1978 T-Bird Front Disc Brake Upgrade

Has anyone upgraded there 1978 T-Bird Front Disc Brakes to the Wilwood calipers and rotors? I am building the car for Street/strip and would like to upgrade the stopping power. I am installing a 545ci stroker with a all aluminum top half so it is still in the ballpark weight wise. Any upgrade will help. Thanks.
