1978- Make my windshield wipers work

Have a 78 and can’t get wipers to work, anyone know how to wire a 3 pos toggle switch or know where to get a compatible switch and motor at a reasonable price. I did try swapping a 77 switch for the 78 and they are not compatible

I have the same problem. Please let me know if you were able to repair it and how. Thanks
