When you post to the forum, choose a subject that summarizes your posts, as you are prompted. "1971 T Bird" doesn't let anyone know what your post is about. Also, since we are an all Thunderbird site, you can omit the make/model of your car from the subject. I have updated it for you.

I replaced the hc in my 1970. It’s a bit challenging - hood off, transmission dipstick must be removed. I also had to remove the oil pressure sensor and passenger side hood hinge. This relatively easy repair on most cars is quite challenging due to access issues
