Simple question: How did the do it?

I am restoring the wheel caps, buy one mystery still remains: The lovely opal blue glimmering medallions.

I would love to find some NOS centers for my wheel covers. They're still looking good for 45 years old but would be a nice upgrade if anyone knows where to find them. I suppose I could buy some singles that have have great centers and use it for the upgrade. My outer rings were color keyed by the previous owner to match the dark burgundy "croc-top". The top was also changed from the factory installed black croc-top.
**I think the factory should have produced this color crocodile vinyl, definitely a more custom look over the black IMO.
