Does anyone know the part number for the front hubs? Or if there are universal kits to go with? I have a 68 but everything I search it only takes me to a rotor without the hub assembly so I am assuming that someone switch the hubs but to what? I know the 69 had the hub and rotor as a single part.

The hub is not available separately. Ford sold the hub and rotor together as C8AZ-1102-A. When you press out out the wheel studs, the hub will separate from the rotor. After installing a new rotor on the old hub (with new studs), it must be turned slightly to make sure it's true.

If you convert to an aftermarket disk brake setup, the rotors are more easily replaced.

Do you happen to know of a kit to convert it? I have been looking at that option but the ones I've found may require more fabrication than I can do in my garage.
