Does anyone have a picture or can you take a picture of where your IVR is located? There is way too much misinformation and at this point, I am not even sure it was in there when I got the car because I don't see it even with the dash out. If you have a picture can you tell me what the wire colors are that go to it?

I have a 67 also. Had trouble finding the regulator, too. Hope this is what you’re talking about. Mine was on the Drivers side, behind the windshield washer fluid pouch/holder - just left of the radiator. IMG_4515.jpegIMG_4516.jpeg
 
Thanks but that is the external voltage regulator for the alternator. I am looking for the instrument vtage regulator.
