First question is what is wrong with the one you have in your car? Second is you are going to have to do some digging on your own. Parts like that are not easy to come by. You are most likely looking at a junk yard car. Start diving in and searching for scrap yards.

The tilt will not lock in.
Have been looking for help for a long time. Had a couple of nibbles but they did not follow through. Decided to find a complete column but haven’t had any luck so far. Have been making a lot of trips to junk yards and calling as well.

One of the reasons the tilt will not lock is because the locking paw is not engaging with the locking gear on the column. A common problem is the pin that holds the locking paw in place has slid out of its slot and allows the locking paw to become misaligned and not lock onto the locking gear. Removing the steering wheel and cover will allow you to inspect the column to see if this is the case. Getting another column is going to be very hard as there is no new ones anymore, so you are looking at salvaged ones. This path also could lead you into the same problem if not other ones, so be mindful of that when going that route.
