1966 tail lights not working

Greetings from Vancouver Island, BC
I am new here. I sold my 1937 Ford and picked up a decent 1966 Thunderbird Town Hardtop.
Almost everything works. But the RH power window and the RH tail lights. The turn signals work.
I have the shop manual. The bulbs are OK. I'm looking for the connection plug. Where would that be?
I hope it is fairly easy to get to.
