1966 Landau Vent tip seal replacement

the vent tip seals on particularly my drivers side have broken and allow the window to go up too far , where they stick and won't respond to the controls. I have new seals, but how do I get the rivet holding them out? If I have to drill them, who sells new ones?

I received new rivets with the new seals when I ordered from Bird Nest.
The rivets didn’t seem to be that exotic. Maybe Bird Nest would supply them separately.
Small copper hollow tubes.
Seems like you could find them online.
