I have traced a power steering fluid leak to the high-pressure outlet hose connection to the body of the power steering reservoir gearbox. After much difficulty I got the line off, I see no damage to the line. Before I put everything back together I plan on adding some silicon washers. Just looking to see if anyone else has had this issue. It was a tight spot and don't want to have to go in there and do work on that area again

Can you post a picture of what you have? I'm not sure that silicon washers will withstand the pressure. Is the end of you line flat or conical?
It could be the line itself leaking at the end attachment.
