Rear tire rubs with 275/60/15s, rolling fender will clear it but I want to change how it sits, looking for some rake and wanted to do air shocks, anybody know what all I need for that? Or who even sells them for these cars.

Should be, you will have to run the small plastic air lines along the bottom, also place the schrader valve in an accessible place to fill them.
Mine is just underneath the rear bumper attached to the bracket. I did not want to drill through the trunk floor, although that is an option also.
