can anyone tell me how to remove the dipstick tube from a C 30 auto transmission with it in place. Cannot get the dip stick back in the tube, must be kinked or has a broken dipstick in it somewhere?

The dipstick tube is connected to the transmission pan with a 1 &1/16 " fitting. Removing this will drain your transmission fluid. There is also a metal loop that the tube passes through which is bolted to the bell housing.
