1964-1966 Ultimate restomod?

Anyone know the maximum wheel and tire size that will fit on a 1962 TBird? I plan to do a disc conversion on the front and would like to get 18x8s 245/45s on the front and 18x9s with 275/40s on the rear. (4.5" back spacing on both front and rear) Will this work?
