1963 wipers do not work

Wipers do not work. It's original and attached to the power steering pump. The steering pump works. What are possible issues to look for?

A few ideas... By hand, try to move the wiper arms and check if they are frozen... Check the hoses; they may be bad. If these are the original hoses, they need a good burial. Check the level of power steering fluid... As a last resort, get under the dash and look for bad connections.
