1963 Trunk Lid Interchangeable on Convertible/Hardtop?

Does anyone know if the trunk lid is the same on the convertible as the hardtop?

The trunk lids are completely different. The coupe is hinged conventionally in the front, whereas the convertible hinges in the back. The coupe also has a key/lock mechanism and the convert does not.
