Looking for information replacing rubber vertical seal on rear quarter window

Hi, did you ever find out how to replace that seal? one of my window seals just separated from the window. I see that the seals are available as a set of two for about 27 from tbird parts, and it comes with the steel insert. I'm hoping it's a simple procedure to install them, vs. taking the window out. thanks
