Hello, I’m trouble shooting the power steering for my 63. I put p/s in and checked to make sure it wasn’t coming out of the reservoir- no leak from the reservoir. Turned the steering wheel from stop to stop several times as the shop manual stated and found the leak under body. I took a video of the leak- can’t upload file too large. Here is a photo of the leakIMG_0158.jpeg. Could this be a dry rotted line? Or any suggestions on what exactly it could be?

Yes, from the looks of what I'm seeing in the pictures it's your pressure line that runs from the pump to your power control valve. But again replace both

You will have to get under the car to replace them. Jack up the driver's side and it's just under it behind the front left wheel. It's not hard to replace them, but it does tend to make a bit of a mess.

Yes. The steering gear has a worm shaft and there is a seal that can leak. But from the photo you sent, it seems likely the leak is from a cracked line or loose line fitting given the volume of fluid that's leaking.
