I just installed the LED 1157 light bulbs on the stop and turn signals, plus the LED flasher, the bulbs will turn on but the wont flash (blink)? Has anyone else run into this problem? If so, how did you correct? Thank you for your recommendations and input.

Your LEDs don't draw enough current to activate the flasher. You need to put resisters in line with the lights.
The led suppliers usually sell the resistors.

He said he installed a LED flasher, the flasher is not the problem. A flasher designed for use with LEDs does not require any load on the circuit, it should flash even without any bulbs in the circuit.

It's been my experience that some LED bulbs are flaky and won't play nice with other analog bulbs in the circuit.
