how do you get to the heating / cooling knobs/ levers on a 1963 T bird ?

The little triangular chrome knobs are secured with 5/64" Allen set screws on the underside. Difficult to reach, of course. A dab of penetrating oil applied with a Q Tip will help to loosen them if they seem stuck.
