1963 double pot master cylinder conversion

Do not put in a residual valve, the proportional valve is not needed. The master cylinder has a hole to delay fluid pressure to rear wheel cylinders. Remove master cylinder cover and press brake pedal if you see a gyser of fluid you do not need proportion valve.
 
I’m sorry, but you are going to have to spend time on You Tube to solve your problem. You must bleed the air from the master cylinder before you install it on firewall. I have never done a complete brake component change out without problems.
