1962 Suspension bolt removal

Hey all.
Just picked up this 1962 T bird and need to adjust the brake booster as the drums are heating up. But it looks like the master cylinder is blocked by suspension mount.

Is it safe to remove three of the suspension bolts and swivel the bracket just to gain access? Keep in mind I’m not at home and don’t have a jack or stands on me.

Appreciate any help!

Yes. you can remove the bolts.
