1962 Rear seat trans cover?

I am reinstalling the interior on a 1962 Thunderbird convertible. As i put in the console it looks as though i am missing something. The console sits 1 1/2 higher then hump. Is there cover that must bolt right to the hump and then be covered by the carpet? Is there a place to buy replacement? Thanks for any advice

Hi yes there is a steel shaped piece that is usually covered in carpet. Presume if you are in the US there are suppliers no doubt members will suggest a few on this post later.
