Really dumb question but can’t find a hard answer anywhere
The reservoir I see that I thought was for power steering has a cap that says Auto trans in the dip stick line
Is power steering and trans fluid a shared reservoir?
Again I know this is a very stupid question

They both use type f trans fluid. The PS goes where you saw the cap. Trans fluid goes in on the passenger side of the engine where you see a dip stick for the transmission
