Hi Folks. The front end of my newly acquired 1962 project (no A/C) sits quite high. I pulled one of the (recently replaced) front springs and found the end to end free length at 17.25". This year has that pivoting front coil perch above the top A-arm. My 1961 manual (same bottom mount) lists "purple" spring at 15.5" and the "yellow" spring at 15.75". I seem to find 17.5" on the internet sites for the 62 and 63 springs both- I understand the 63 didn't have that bottom coil perch pivot assembly. I had a relly tough time getting the coil compressed enough to get out too. Can anyone tell me what the correct free length for the 62 spring with the pivot type perch is please? Many Thanks. Jon
