1962 Convertible

Has anyone replaced the wiring harness on a 1962 converible? I have the engine out, and am replacing just about everything. The wires look OK - no fraying or cracks in the insulation, just very old. I'm wondering if it is worth it to replace all the wiring and how difficult it is.
