Where is the best place to install the brake light pressure switch after upgrading to a dual pot master cylinder on my 62 bird?

Or, you could mount a mechanical electrical switch under the dash behind the brake pedal. If you use dot 5 (silicone) brake fluid, it is necessary because the hydraulic brake switch won't
hold up more than 5-6 months with dot 5.
