1960 Steering wheel removal

I like to know how to remove the center cap on the steering wheel so I can get to the center nut so as to work on the horn and turn signal parts... I DON'T WANT to destroy the cap at all....

for the 1957 it is like this: you need to remove the central horn part first. by pushing the whole ring in, and then rotate it to the left. it has a bajonet style locking.
the center cap can only be remove from the back of this ring. but no need for this once you have the whole horn ring off there is free access to the steering wheel nut
