1959 aftermarket air conditioning control settings

I just purchased a 1959 Thunderbird with Vintage after market air conditioning. None of the three knobs on the blower unit are labeled. I know the left knob is on/off and blower speed. The middle is temp. control. I have no idea what the one on the right does. Also the previous owner had no idea how I now run the heat and defrost since the original controls were replaced and covered up by this Vintage unit. Any help please?

That is an aftermarket unit made by Vintage Air. You may want to contact them and see if they can send you the operation manual for your unit.

The left knob is for Fan, the center knob controls Heat, the right knob is for AC.

Thank you so much. How do I engage defrost or heat? There is a toggle switch on the under side of dash to the left of blower unit just below the wiper switch. Is this related to this Vintage system?

Can't help with the toggle switch. Read thru the instructions @biddle posted. Note that the system uses water flow control to adjust the heat thru the electronic valve which is controlled by the middle knob. Similar to how Ford did it. Unlike modern cars, it means any changes you make in the setting on the middle knob will take a while to be noticeable, perhaps minutes.
