I recently inherited this car. I'm not a T-bird expert. It is an early '70s restomod with 26k miles. The car has a 1957 title but looks like a '56 due to the rear fenders and continental kit. It has a McCullough supercharger with the correct cam. This is similar to an "F" code car. It has a 312ci that was balanced and blue printed during the rebuild with a 3 speed manual. The paint is a custom color along with the interior. The exhaust comes out in front of the rear wheels instead of going through the rear bumper.
It does not have the fender skirts or soft top. The center portion of the rear bumper around the spare has some rust that won't buff out. It was repainted about 14 years ago and has been in storage since then. There are a couple small spots (1" x 3") where there is some rust under the paint but it looks good standing 10' away!
Mechanically it has a few issues from being stored. The right rear wheel is locked up. The E brake was locked while it was parked. The lever moves forward but does not seem to be releasing anything. The brake pedal had pressure at first but is now all the way to the floor board. 2 of the tires go flat in a day after being inflated. The tires don't look to be dry rotted and were also new 14 years ago. The battery is dead. I jumped it and the engine turns over and dash lights came on. It had fuel stabilizer added when parked. I'm sure any gas would would need drained before trying to get it to start.
I plan to sell this car. I'm weighing the pros and cons of selling in this current condition vs spending the time and money to get it road worthy before selling. I would appreciate anyone's thoughts on the value.

I can tell you one thing for certain, the continental kit will hinder the sale. Yours appears to have been bolted on, so I assume they drilled through the original pumper.

If it were me, I'd do the bare minimum to get it running to sell it. The existing tires are not safe to drive on.
