1957 Thunderbird Gas Lid

Can someone post a picture of gas lid hinge so I know how the springs attach and stay together. Having trouble figuring it out. Any help would be appreciated.

I have this trunk & gas lid diagram from my old Thunderbird Parts Digest book. I hope this is helful. I do not currently have any pictures that would help you. If nobody else comes forward I can get out to the garage in a day or two and get you some pictures.
