1957 Tach-drive distributor date code decoding

Just below FEJ-12127-A2 on my 1957 distributor is H 721, which, I assume, is a date code. However, I've been unable to confirm it. If so, could it be Month (H=August), Year (57), and Day (21st)?

I could not find any information about a distributor date code, below is the information that I found.

What is certain is that FEJ-12127-A2 is correct for 1957 C & D-code Tbirds.

I still have no definitive answer for H 721, but was told that it's a non-issue for Concours judging.
