1957 radio delete plate

I was wondering if any little birds had the radio deleted? If so what did the radio delete plate look like and how were they attached? Are any available today? I saw one on eBay but I do not see how it is attached to the dash.

Yes, cars were ordered or delivered without radios. Those cars have a Cover, Radio Opening (p/n B5S 4004360-A). The cover also matches the aluminum trim on the dash.
