1956 T-Bird Continental Kit

Does anyone have a good picture of the hardware associated with a continental kit on a '56 T-Bird. I'm trying to find what tightens the band over the tire and inner and outer donuts. My band is missing this item.

Thunderbird Headquarters (www.tbirdhq.com) has the part you are looking for. The part # is 1475. It is the retaining spring for the 1470 tread cover ring. I ordered and use this part on my '56.

I used a break drum spring that pulls the break shoes back into the collapsed position. I had to stretch the spring slightly. but it worked great. I didn't know there was a replacement OE spring or I might have bought one.
