Does anyone have pics or a diagram on how/where to mount my spark plug wire hanger kit so my wires don't rest on the exghaust manifold?
Much appreciated!

Attached is the ignition wire instruction sheet I received from CASCO when I purchased new ignition wires. I think these instructions will be helpful, because there are pictures of the areas you are having difficulty with.

It is nice that you want to do this, but you can save yourself a lot of headache and have Casco do this for you. They will route all wires in your grommets so that all you need to do is to remove the bolts, remove the wires from the plugs and remove the distributor cap. Then you put their assembled plug wire set which includes all the grommets and hangers attached along with the distributor cap with all the wires except the coil wire attached. I would never do this myself as long as I can have them solve the problem for us.

CASCO does offer a service for $24.00 to assemble the wires, and you also have to purchase the spark plug wire installation kit for $41.00. If you want them to install the wires in the distributor cap, you have to purchase the distributor cap for $26.25.

Since my distributor cap was new and the grommets and hangers were in good condition, I decided to assemble the wires myself. Besides, half the fun of owning a classic car is doing the work yourself.
