1955 window motor installation

I cannot figure out how the window motors are installed pictures on the same post. Do not match my doors. I know for a fact, my doors are 1955. I am installing original motors that have been rebuilt.

Well I can tell you from my own experience with window work on my 59 is that its very difficult. Sometimes i have to stand back to break from it. Hopefully its the most difficult part of my rebuild.
 
maybe the motors or the window mechanism are a different year or changes were made mid year.
 
The power window mechanism is the same for all three years, the only difference is the 6 volt 1955 motor and the 12 volt 1956-7 motor. You need the following to connect the motor to the window transmission:
23440 Coupling, Power Window Motor to Drive

I helped a friend with his and it is not an easy job to put everything back together correctly, but through trial and error it can be done.
