My ‘55 w/4160 Holley carb makes a high pitch whistling from engine bay when it gets hot (temp gauge at halfway mark). It does not appear to affect engine performance and doesn’t happen all the time. I have attached a video with sound, ignore the noisy lifter. Whistling more pronounced after I engage the throttle linkage.

You may have a vacuum leak in or at the carburator gasket, the suction to the distributor hose or even the inlet manifold gasket.
One way of finding these leaks is using brake cleaner spray while the engine is at idle, small squirts on every gasket at the carburator seat, it's pipes, or the inlet manifold main gasket. If the idle changes to faster, you have found the leak.
Y-blocks sometimes get loose their fixing bolts due heat-cold cycles and end producing vacuum leaks.
You may want to carefully re-toque to specs each and every nut and bolt, and it may fix the problem.
