1955 steering wheel rim crack repair

My original 1955 steering wheel is cracked. Can it be repaired in any way? Some type of putty or filler?

I have used J-B weld to repair steering wheel

It's dark black isn't it?

It is dark grey. I usually paint steering wheel after repair with Krylon for plastic

Interesting, I hadn't thought of JB Weld. I've used casting resin, especially on larger problems where whole sections of the plastic has fallen away, but that's kinda outside the topic for a smaller repair. Make sure to clean the clean the crack/gap as much as possible, even widen it a bit if you have to, to allow the repair material to get in there and adhere to the surrounding material.
